Cancellation Before Shipment
Orders may be canceled before they are dispatched.

If your order has not yet been shipped, it will be canceled and any payment made will be refunded within 7 business days via the original payment method.
Cancellation After Shipment
Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
However, if you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you may request a return in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Partial Order Cancellation
If your order includes multiple items:

You may cancel individual items only if they have not yet been shipped.

Items that have already been dispatched cannot be canceled.
Customized or Personalized Orders
Orders that include custom-made, personalized, or specially produced items cannot be canceled once the order has been confirmed.
These products are made specifically for you and therefore are not eligible for cancellation or modification after confirmation.
