1. Delivery Timelines

Within Pakistan:
Orders typically arrive within 8–10 working days.

International Orders:
Delivery may take approximately 15–18 working days, depending on the destination.

All orders are processed within 24 working hours after confirmation. Please note that delivery timelines may vary based on product availability and payment verification. In some cases, our team may contact you to confirm payment details to ensure smooth processing.


2. Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, Elari Luxe proudly delivers worldwide.

To view shipping costs and estimated delivery time for your country, simply proceed to checkout and select your location. If you require assistance, our Customer Care team is happy to help.


3. Shipping Charges

Pakistan:
We offer free delivery nationwide.

International Orders:
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination country.


4. Does the Total Price Include Shipping?

Any applicable shipping charges are displayed separately at checkout.
Your final payable amount will clearly show the product total plus shipping (if applicable).


5. How Can I Track My Order?

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a Tracking ID via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email.

You can track your shipment by:

  • Visiting the courier’s official website, or

  • Using the Track Your Order page on the Elari Luxe website.


6. Shipping Partners

To ensure reliable and timely deliveries, we work with trusted courier services.

Within Pakistan:
TCS, Call Courier, Leopards, BlueEx, and Pakistan Post (subject to availability in your area)

International Shipments:
DHL, FedEx, and Skynet

Courier partners may vary depending on your city or country.


7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make at least two delivery attempts.

Please ensure that:

  • Your shipping address is complete and accurate

  • Your contact number is reachable

If delivery fails after the second attempt, the parcel will be returned to Elari Luxe.


8. Changing Shipping or Billing Address

Address modifications can only be made before dispatch.
